Free delivery for all orders with DHL. The below delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to change.

UK: 1 to 2 working days

US: 5 to 7 working days

EU: 7 to 10 working days

RoW: 10 to 14 working days

Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped from our UK warehouse Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive an email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

Due to an unforeseen circumstance, we are currently unable to ship orders to Australia and New Zealand, however, we hope to resolve this soon. In the meantime, if you have placed an order online to one of these destinations, the order will be cancelled and you will be issued a refund.

Import Duties and Taxes

Orders outside the UK and EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, for which the customer is liable. Rates vary according to country so the price at checkout is not inclusive of any import duties and tax that you may have to pay. Please be aware that orders placed for multiple frames will incur higher customs fees due to the higher order value.

To calculate the cost, please contact your local carrier or customs office.  

Refusal to Pay Tax

If you do not pay the customs/import fees by the correct date, your order will be returned to Cutler and Gross. Once we have received your order, a refund will be processed. There will be a deduction from your refund to cover the cost of the return, which will vary depending on the location.
